Shipping

Free worldwide shipping on every Atella subscription, every month, no exceptions.

Subscription boxes ship at the start of each month. All subscriber boxes are batched and dispatched together at the beginning of each month.

Estimated delivery times

  • United Kingdom & European Union: 5–8 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–14 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your box leaves our warehouse.

Customs & duties

For most destinations, no customs fees apply. In rare cases (typically orders to countries outside the UK, EU, US, CA, AU, or NZ), local customs may charge import duties — these are the responsibility of the recipient. We always declare orders accurately and at the correct value.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at hello@atellajewelry.com and we'll either reship it free of charge or refund the affected month.

Returns & the Atella Guarantee

12-month waterproof guarantee

Every Atella piece is made with 18K gold PVD plating fused into a 316L surgical-grade stainless steel core. We guarantee your jewelry against tarnishing, color change, and waterproof failure for 12 months from the date of delivery.

If a piece fails within that window — meaning the gold layer fades, flakes, or the steel underneath shows through with normal wear — we'll replace it free of charge. Just email hello@atellajewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the affected piece.

Damaged in transit

If your box arrives damaged or any piece is broken on arrival, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement free of charge.

Subscription cancellations & pauses

Your Atella subscription can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time, in one click — log into your account at atellajewelry.com/account or use the "Manage subscription" link in any Atella email.

  • Pause: 1, 2, or 3 months — your account stays active and resumes automatically
  • Skip: miss a single month, no questions asked
  • Cancel: immediate, no fees, no exit hoops

Any box already in production at the time of cancellation will still ship and be charged — we batch fulfillment at the start of each month, so changes made before [the 25th of the prior month] will apply to the next box.

For hygiene reasons

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged. This is consistent with industry standards.
